    "White Time" contains music that Ayuo composed for theater and contemporary dance. Some were were composed for the 1994 production of Anton Chekov's "Seagull" featuring the Japanese pop star, Kenji Sawada, Others are from a series of contemporary dance shows choreographed by Takako Takase.

"White Time" contains music that Ayuo composed for theater and contemporary dance.
"O Light Of My Heart", "A Confession of Love", "The Fair", "The Garden of our Dreaming", "The Waiting Statue", "A Harp and Voice from Across the Lake" were composed for the 1994 production of Anton Chekov's "Seagull" featuring the Japanese pop star, Kenji Sawada, performed in Kobe and Tokyo. O Light Of My Heart is the song version of the instrumental included in Ayuo's album "AOI" for Tzadik Records in NYC. The song is sung by Yoko Ueno.

"White Thyme" and "Dancers Portraying Ocean Waves" are music Ayuo composed for contemporary dance. Ayuo also wrote the storyline for this performance, which was entitled "White Time". "White Time" is a series of contemporary dance shows choreographed by Takako Takase. Her daughter, Fukiko Takase, who appeared in some of these shows is now a world reknowned dancer choreographing and performing in Thom Yorke's video for "Ingenue" (performed by Atoms For Peace). and Hikaru Utada's "Forevermore". She was a member of Henri Oguike Dance Company and Company Wayne McGregor from 2006-2018. She has performed in over 9 of Company Wayne McGregor's shows including "FAR" and "AutoBIOgraphy".

Women Who Have No Gardens was composed as the theme music for a play based on the short story collection "Secret Gardens" by Douglas Dunn, the Scottish poet. The play was written by Tomomi Tsutsui.
